Leda Quiaro holds a Masters Degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from Roosevelt University and an undergraduate degree in Information Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago. After several years of working in the IT field, Leda changed careers to follow her passion for entrepreneurship. She has been working in residential real estate for over 19 years and has learned through the booms & busts of the real estate market. NICK OLVERA

Nick Olvera holds a Masters Degree in business administration with a graduate certificate in Accounting from the KellerGraduate School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, while having a real estate license since 2005. After graduating, he held several sales positions, transitioning to a sales manager with a telecommunications company in Chicago. Wanting something new and fulfilling, he joined his wife, Real Estate agent Leda Quiaro, to bring joy and satisfaction by helping out families achieve their dreams.
